Turning a city landmark into a digital community.

Arboleda is a 16-hectare urban landmark that brings together nature, design, gastronomy, and culture in one of the city’s most ambitious mixed-use developments.

Turning this physical space into a digital destination — one that not only showcases its vibrant lifestyle but also builds a loyal, engaged community online.

the Process
As head of digital platforms since 2020, I crafted a content and community strategy rooted in storytelling, design, and consistency. I focused on elevating Arboleda’s unique identity by creating content pillars that brought together its architecture, events, resident brands, and cultural voice. From UX support on their website to campaign execution and live coverage of events, everything was designed to reflect the heartbeat of the space.

I built and led Arboleda’s digital content strategy, overseeing social media, campaign rollouts, and community engagement efforts.

the Solution  
An interactive, curated, and highly visual online experience that mirrors the richness of its in-person one. We grew digital engagement, strengthened brand awareness, and positioned Arboleda as a must-follow hub for design, culture, and lifestyle in the city.
